We are experienced in post go-live support & maintenance for Utility companies that have already implemented SAP IS-U from both a Project Management and hands-on support perspective. This includes immediate post implementation support as well as support & maintenance for systems that have been place for a number of years. We have worked with deregulated Texas utility companies in ongoing product & rate development initiatives driven by the competitive deregulated energy market and have also worked with utilities on process improvement initiatives that have both decreased operational and overhead costs as well as decreased the number of resources needed to complete certain tasks.

We have worked with Utility companies and consulting firms during the course of SAP IS-U/CCS implementations on ensuring that the quality of the implementation standards, practices, configuration and developments are up to project management standards as defined by both the client and implementor. We have also worked to ensure that SAP Best Practices are followed in order for the client to get the most out of the SAP package and keep operational & maintenance costs as low as possible while at the same time maximizing the benefits from having solid & reliable business processes in place.
